This is my new Zara scarf. It's green and is cashmere (I guess) (don't worry, guys, it was on clearance). It's warm and it's cuddly and it's a color--but it's not an obnoxious color. IT'S JUST RIGHT. People keep saying green can be a neutral and I agree. Can you think of one color it doesn't go with? Exactly. I think it might be one of my most favorite colors to wear.
Fuck. Did I really just write nearly an entire paragraph about how much I love green? I think so.
Not much new has been happening around here. School has been kicking my ass, and my time management sux. I'm looking forward to tomorrow because I don't work, and it's supposed to be like, negative a bajillion degrees outside, so I won't feel obligated to leave the house. So I'm just going to get caught up with everything. Including your blogs. And maybe those toilets that I'm supposed to be scrubbing. I'm pretty sure they haven't been done in a while. I can bake a mean cookie, but that's about it for my domestic capabilities.

Closet is full, guest bedroom shelves are full, stand-alone rack is fun, futon is full, and part of my floor is full. You know what I did Tuesday and today? Bought a total of, like, 16 more things. I need help. (Either that or NM needs to stop having really cheap second-hand shops.)

That IS a lovely scarf! The perfect shade of green. Your whole paragraph about how wonderful green is makes me crave something green in my wardrobe. I own exactly one green item in my wardrobe, and it's an icky green that I don't particularly like. I only bought it because it was St. Patrick's Day, and I'm totally in love with Ireland, so I HAD to buy something green, and I went to a mall and looked at seriously every store with no luck. Finally, just when we were about to leave, I found the only green article of clothing in that whole freakin' mall. So I bought it. Well, now I want something that's a pretty green color. Like your scarf. Oh my gosh... I can't believe I just ranted to you about the lack of green clothing in malls on St. Patrick's Day.
